Located in the heart of Pennsylvania, this region includes Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Montour and Columbia Counties. The population is around 264,739 centered near Susquehanna and Bucknell Universities. The Weis TV Network is in six Weis stores including: Lewisburg, Selinsgrove, Mifflinburg, Sunbury, Danville, and Bloomsburg reaching 511,330 monthly impressions.

All ads run at least once every five minutes. Ads are 15 seconds long and run in full motion, broadcast quality video. Traffic counts are based on average monthly transactions from January 1 to December 31, 2011, multiplied by a factor of 1.25. Only 12 advertisers run at a time in each store.
